Under 15 Camogie v Ballyboden/St. Endas

U15 Camogie Team Continue Their Unbeaten Run

Erin Go Bragh 9-10

Ballyboden/St. Endas 3-1

The Erin Go Bragh under 15 camogie team put in a great performance on Sunday to extend their unbeaten run. The game started brightly but the girls settled the quicker and 2 points from Niamh Maher and a goal from Aoife O'Sullivan put the home side in the driving seat. The scores kept coming for Erin Go Bragh in the first half with further goals from Niamh Maher Amy Daly and Ellen Gribben and points from Niamh and Ellen leaving the half time score reading 4-5 to 0-0 in favour of the girls in green.

Gemma Padden who was making her debut battled hard up front along with Ellie Manning and Aoibhe Kearney and all 3 were unlucky not to score.  Any threat posed by Boden was snuffed out by Amy Carroll Keri Redmond Amy Flanagan and Aoibhinn Burke. In the second half Boden kept trying but the EGB girls had a strangle hold on proceedings and further goals from Aoife O'Sullivan Niamh Maher and Ellen Gribben moved the hosts into a winning position. 3 lovely points from Amy Daly and strong midfield play from Leah Ivory meant the result was never in doubt. After a few goalkeeping changes by EGB it lead to a loss of concentration and Boden finished with 3 quick goals.  Well done to the girls running out winners by 9-10 to 3-1.
