The deferred Erin Go Bragh AGM has now been re-scheduled to take place on Wednesday 08th February at 8:00 pm in the Club House (Meeting Room 2).
We welcome and encourage all members and those seeking to become members to attend this very important meeting. The Club AGM gives all members the opportunity to elect officers and committee members for 2017, offer their views in relation to Club Policy, put forward motions for consideration and vote on any motions being put forward. We would also welcome and encourage all members wishing to help drive the club forward in 2017 to take this opportunity to become members of our various Executives Committee's or take up one of the other available positions within the club.
To that end the opportunity to submit nominations to the various positions and committees within the club and also to submit motions in relation to proposed policy change has been opened up once more. The deadline for receipt of Nominations and Motions will be midnight on Wednesday 19th January 2017. Please find attached for your use a copy of the Nomination and Motion documents in word format.
Should you have any issue with the attached, it is acceptable to issue your proposed Nomination for any of the positions within the EGB GAA Club by simply stating the name of the person being Nominated and the position that they are being nominated for in an email, confirming also the names of the person proposing and person seconding the nomination to the above email address or to .
Similarly, should you have any issue with the Motions form, the same can be done by setting out your nomination in an email and confirming the names of the person proposing and person seconding the Motion by return to the above address or to email@example.com.
Note: All Nominations and Motions received previously have been retained will be put forward at the AGM. Those nominations and motions do not need to
be re-submitted unless any changes to those proposals are being requested.
